What is Tension Rope Exchange?
Tension Rope Exchange (TREX) is a 2-day unconference designed to encourage sharing, learning, and exploring ideas among peers eager to contribute. Inspired by events like GRUE and NARIX, TREX embraces a flexible and collaborative format where the content is shaped by the participants.

This isn’t your typical workshop—don’t come expecting to be taught in the traditional sense. Instead, bring your curiosity, creative ideas, and a willingness to engage in discussions, applied practice, and a bit of playful experimentation.

Finding your path can be challenging; Dō is not a destination but a state of being. Growth requires continuous exposure to new concepts and possibilities, a process that thrives in a supportive, dynamic environment. What do we do when we want to expand our horizons? We trek—an arduous yet rewarding journey.
