Classe: Une méthode pour amener vos sujets en trance en utilisant la relaxation. Parfait pour les débutants.
Suivi d'une pratique: Une période de groupe pour affiner vos habilités de trance et d’hypnotiseur. La pratique est nécéssaire pour se développer en hypnose. Vous pouvez venir seul ou avec un partenaire. Un instructeur sera présent pour guider les participants.

Class: A method to bring subjects into trance using relaxation. Great for beginners.
Followed by practice: A group period to refine your hypnotist and trance skills. Practice is necessary to develop in hypnosis. You may come with a partner, or solo. An instructor will be available to guide participants.
